Behavior Interventionist
A behavior interventionist will work 1:1 with clients in various settings. You will provide direct instruction in areas such as communication, social skills, self-care, and academics. You will be thoroughly trained and begin providing ABA services under the supervision of a program manager and a licensed behavior analyst.
Program Manager
With more experience and training, you may be able to take on a supervisor role, overseeing the work of other technicians and assisting in program planning and management. This role will require a master’s degree. Many of our program managers utilize our tuition reimbursement program where we help pay for a portion of your tuition!
Clinical Supervisor
After you’ve earned your masters the next step in this career pathway is preparing to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a required certification for the clinical supervisor role at Intercare. We provide resources to help you study for the BCBA exam and earn the supervision hours required.
