Our Approach
At our Roseville center on Professional Drive, every child receives a personalized ABA program designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and delivered by a dedicated team of trained interventionists. We serve children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder throughout Roseville, Placer County, and the greater Sacramento area — in our center, at home, and in the community.
Sessions at our Professional Drive location combine structured skill-building with naturalistic learning, so progress in the therapy room carries over into daily life. All programs begin with a comprehensive assessment — including the option for an ADOS-2 diagnostic evaluation — to make sure your child's goals and learning style drive every decision we make.
Built on 45 Years of ABA Experience
Intercare has been family-run and family-focused since 1979. That means the people who built this organization raised children of their own — and that perspective shapes how we support every family who comes through our doors, whether in Roseville or anywhere we serve.

Insurance & Funding
Intercare is in-network with most major commercial and behavioral health plans serving Roseville and Placer County. California's behavioral health treatment mandate (SB 946) requires most commercial insurance plans to cover ABA therapy — so if you have private insurance, there's a good chance we accept it.
If your plan isn't listed, call us — we can usually verify coverage within 1–2 business days. California's behavioral health treatment mandate (SB 946) requires most state-regulated health plans to cover ABA therapy for children with autism, but specifics — copays, prior authorization rules, session limits — vary widely. Our intake team handles the verification and authorization paperwork directly.

Schools
Intercare's Roseville BCBAs work alongside families navigating the Roseville City, Eureka Union, Rocklin Unified, Lincoln Unified, and Placer Hills Union school districts. We don't require a district-level contract — we collaborate on a case-by-case basis, attending IEP meetings, observing classrooms, and aligning ABA goals with what your child's team is working on at school.
If your child has an upcoming IEP, our IEP guide for parents walks through what to ask for and what to expect.
Coordinated Care
When clinic, home, and school are working from the same playbook, kids make faster, more durable progress. Our BCBAs can attend IEPs, observe classrooms, and coordinate with teachers — just ask your care team.
