Our Approach
At our Elk Grove and Roseville centers, both serving greater Sacramento, every child receives a personalized ABA program designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and delivered by a dedicated team of trained interventionists. We serve children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder throughout Elk Grove, Sacramento County, and the surrounding communities — in our center, at home, and in the community.
Sessions at our Elk Grove and Roseville centers, both serving greater Sacramento, combine structured skill-building with naturalistic learning, so progress in the therapy room carries over into daily life. All programs begin with a comprehensive assessment — including the option for an ADOS-2 diagnostic evaluation — to make sure your child's goals and learning style drive every decision we make.

Intercare is in-network with most major commercial and behavioral health plans serving Elk Grove and Sacramento County. We don't require a district-level contract — we collaborate on a case-by-case basis, attending IEP meetings, observing classrooms, and aligning ABA goals with what your child's team is working on at school.

Week 1
Intake & Insurance
Direct 1:1 sessions begin. Caregivers are trained in parallel. The BCBA reviews data every two weeks and adjusts the plan.

Weeks 2–3
BCBA Assessment
Your assigned BCBA conducts a Functional Behavior Assessment, observes your child, and meets with you to map priorities.

Weeks 4
Treatment Plan
You review the proposed goals, hours, and schedule. Nothing starts until you've signed off.

Weeks 4–12
Therapy Begins
